Fruity abundance; pineapple, apricots, peaches & candied orange. This beer utilises a double dry hop schedule of cashmere, amarillo & mosaic. With plenty of biotransformation from the WHC Labs Saturated strain contributing to this beers astounding complexity.
A high adjunct malt bill allows for the beer to develop a fuller mouth feel and to remain hazy which contributes to the perception of fruit juice, we're aiming for this beer to hide its alcohol well and give a pleasant drinking experience that has you questioning if you're even consuming beer at all.
The water chemistry here really allows the haze formation to stabilise and stay in solution, a chloride to sulphate ratio of 2:1 has been chosen with an equal balance of calcium to balance the maltiness of the beer and keep the bitterness perception low.
