Bright, bold & refreshing, our first ever beer - Airlift! This hazy session pale ale has a low finishing gravity and assertive bitterness leaving a crisp finish and giving the hop brightness a chance to shine through.
A base of maris otter and golden promise pale malts are the stars of the show with a touch of pale wheat malt, torrefied wheat and dextrin malt to aid with head retention and mouth feel in the finished beer.
Hops: Amarillo, Simcoe, Lemondrop & Mosaic.
